Oat & Berry Butter Exfoliating Shampoo!

Just like us, dogs can get a build up of dead or damaged surface skin cells that do not slough off naturally, due to the sticky nature of the oils in their skin, or, if they tend to have dry skin the dead cells accumulate quickly, making skin and coat appear dull, inhibiting normal moisture absorption. This may lead to several other skin and coat problems.

Our blend of natural ingredients sooths damaged, dry, scaly skin by removing those dead cells and letting the new outer layer of skin better able to absorb the moisture and nutrients it requires. Thus leading to your dogs skin being soft, smooth and healthy! The coat will be visibly healthier, shiner and in those long coated breeds, more manageable!

Oat & Berry Butter Exfoliating Shampoo's Ingredients are gentle on your pets skin and won't sting or burn if in contact with sore spots or eyes. We only use natural, soothing and healing ingredients as follows:

• Colloidal Oatmeal - Used for thousands of years for itchiness, to protect the skin and is an excellent irritation healer.

• Shea Butter - Moisturizes the skin, promotes cell renewal, aids in moisture retention and elasticity in the skin. Protects from free-radical damage. Contains Vitamin A & E and has anti microbial and anti inflammatory properties.

• Decyl Glucoside - Derived from plants when sugars in corn starch are combined with fatty alcohols in coconut. This makes a rich luscious lather, extremely gentle and safe to use on your pets............and Mom may want to try it too!!!

• Calendula Oil - The positive effects of this oil on the skin were known as far back in history as the time of ancient Egyptians, and remains one of the most popular herbal, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial remedies to promote skin healing and cell rejuvenation. An Excellent remedy for many kinds of skin damage such as wounds, scars, burns, abrasions, infections, inflammations and many other injuries.

• Geranium Oil - This oil promotes cell health and encourages recycling of dead cells and regeneration of new cells. It speeds up the healing of wounds due to its astringent properties. It has a very pleasing, uplifting aroma which as well aids in elimination of pet odor.

• Lavender oil - Excellent remedy for sore tense muscles, muscular aches, arthritis pains, sprains and joint pain. Lavender is used on hair and skin and can be very effective on fleas and their bites.

• Aloe - The Aloe Vera plant has been used for thousands of years and contains numerous vitamins and minerals, enzymes, amino acids, natural sugars and agents which may be anti inflammatory and anti microbial. The natural combination and balance of these ingredients may be what gives it its healing properties.

• Cranberry Seed Oil - Contains a superior combination of therapeutic compounds. Specifically, Omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega 9 fatty acids, which play important roles in various health aspects.
